Manufacturer Of Upright Platform Purchase Snorkel International 08/04/2008 It has been reported that the parent company of Upright, the manufacturers of Upright platforms, has purchased Snorkel International. The parent company of the manufacturer of Upright platforms, The Tenfield Group PLC is listed on the AIM marker of the Stock Exchange of the United Kingdom. As a result, the funds required by the parent company of the manufacturer of Upright access platforms will be raised via share placing it has been reported. There will be a range of benefits as a result of the acquisition of Snorkel International by the manufacturer of Upright platforms. For example, alongside the existing range of Upright platforms, there will be a supplementary range of access aerial platforms. This will further push the manufacturer of Upright access platforms into the sustaining their position as a market leader. It has been reported that the acquisition of Snorkel International by the manufacturer of Upright access platforms will be profitable to both companies, as it can be claimed that there is an imminent possibility that Upright platforms can be sold to Snorkel customers, as well as Snorkel products being sold to customers who are currently attributed to the Upright platform brand. |
