Terex Releases New Telehandler 04/03/2008

Top construction machinery and equipment manufacturer, Terex, have released a Telehandler which is a re-engineered version of an old Telehandler. The new Genie GTH ™-5519 Telehandler is an updated version of a previous telehandler released by Terex. The new telehandler is designed with improved performance and serviceability in mind. In addition to the functionality offered by the product, the Terex Genie telehandler has been constructed with simplicity of use and affordability in mind.

It has been reported that new additional features to the Terex telehandler include the incorporation of a new cab. Also new cab features have been added to the Terex Telehandler. In addition, a hydraulic service which has been deemed to be easier to service has been added to the Terex Genie Telehandler.
Telehandlers are commonly used in both agriculture and industry and are similar in appearance to fork lift trucks. Telehandlers offer an optimum level of versatility in that they feature a telescopic boom which moves in a horizontal or vertical direction from the telehandler itself. Telehandlers are available with a variety of attachments. These include telehandler attachments such as pallet forks, buckets, or lift tables. Telehandlers are predominantly employed so as to complete tasks which are deemed to be too wide-reaching for standard fork lift trucks.
